 All classes involve High Intensity interval Training using a mixture of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and any other equipment I can get my hands on.


Burn calories, build muscle, burn fat, get stronger joints and ligaments, better balance and core strength, stability and tone.

All exercises can be modified to meet your needs.

CIRCUITS

Full body workout

Monday 18:30pm

High intensity interval training circuit classes include a variety of movements and exercises to get the heart rate pumping. This class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level.

Strength & Stamina

Thursday 18:15pm

A stimulating way to activate those muscles is through Strength Training. Designed to improve strength, coordination, and build muscle mass

KETTLEBELL CIRCUITS 

Full body workout Friday 9:30am

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat. Its a fun class using both kettlebells and a step. The high repetition based routines will put your full body through its paces.
