I provide a non intimidating setting, no member feels left behind, you won’t be judged and therefore there is no need to compare yourself to others, all of our members are extremely friendly and supportive.
Challenge yourself and push yourself to your own limits, Gain confidence with a group of like minded ladies supporting and motivating each other to achieve health and fitness goals.
Whether you are looking to improve your health, lose weight, increase your energy levels, look and feel great, or just want to be apart of something different our Woman only group classes will help you do just that.
Over the 45 minutes, you’ll enjoy a varied workout, designed to improve your fitness, flexibility, burn fat, build strength, sculpt and tone by working your whole body.
Workout with an amazing community of women all cheering each other on, have fun and develop confidence.
It doesn’t just stop at sessions, we are a support group and very social, I offer a lot of challenges and social events throughout the year which keep members coming for more as they like to achieve results and see their friends!
